Laurène Dederer holds a Master II postgraduate degree in International Business Law from the University Paris XI (2018).

After various experiences in companies and law firms, she joined the firm in November 2021 to advise on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Laurène Dederer deals with the firm’s corporate cases and supports the companies throughout their life: set-up, monitoring day-to-day and extraordinary corporate operations, merger and acquisition, transfers, group restructuring, dissolution.
