Margaux Moulin holds a Master II postgraduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris XII (class of 2015).

After various internships in law firms and companies, she joined the firm in November 2019 to work on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Margaux deals with the firm's corporate case files and is involved in the life of the client companies: set up, monitoring the ordinary and extraordinary corporate legal affairs, mergers, acquisitions and transfers, and dissolution.
