Benoit Palma holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Caen and a 5-year postgraduate degree (DESS) – a DJCE diploma (a postgraduate degree in Company Law, class of 2000). He received a Diploma of Specialised Studies in Corporate Law (University of Montpellier).

After internships in consulting and / or litigation at various law firms, Benoit joined the firm in January 2002 and became Partner in January 2009.

Benoit is mainly involved in corporate law for ordinary monitoring and any extraordinary operations (especially capital and legal reorganisation). In particular, he has developed specific expertise in monitoring groups undergoing LBOs. He is also involved in business sales and acquisitions.

He also assists clients in negotiating and concluding commercial contracts.

Benoit gives seminars to students at the University of Paris Nanterre (Master II).
