Philippe d'Hauthuille graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris 1988) and holds a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law (Paris II).

Prior to founding his firm in June 1995, Philippe practiced business law in a private law firm and in a company.

Philippe assists clients in all stages of their business projects and on all corporate, contractual and social issues.

He specialises in corporate law and has extensive expertise in sales and acquisitions, restructuring and raising capital. He regularly follows the legal life of groups of companies and attends management and supervisory board and general assembly meetings.

He also assists clients in negotiating and concluding commercial contracts.

He advises managers in employment law issues of their business and assists corporate officers and top managers in defending their interests.

Philippe gives seminars to students at the University of Paris Nanterre (Master II).
