Arnaud Fabre graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris 2014).

He also holds a postgraduate degree in finance and banking law (University of Paris I – class of 2015)

After various internships and a first work experience, he joined the firm in September 2017 to work on all aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Arnaud deals with the firm’s corporate case files and is involved in the life of the client companies: set up, monitoring the ordinary and extraordinary corporate legal affairs, mergers, acquisitions and transfers, and dissolution.
